1. Our Commitment to Child Safety

Picspo Pvt. Ltd. ("Picspo", "we", "us", or "our") is deeply committed to protecting children from exploitation and abuse. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or any content that sexualizes, exploits, or endangers minors in any way. This policy describes our practices for preventing, detecting, and responding to child safety violations on our platform.

2. Prohibited Content Involving Minors

The following content is strictly prohibited on Picspo:

  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) of any kind
  • Content that sexualizes, groomes, or exploits minors
  • Content that facilitates trafficking or abuse of minors
  • Any predatory behavior directed at children
  • Sharing, distributing, or soliciting sexual content involving anyone under 18

Any account found to be involved in such activity will be permanently banned and reported to the appropriate authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and local law enforcement.

3. Age Requirements

Users must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the Picspo service. We do not knowingly allow children under 13 to use the platform. If we become aware that a user is under 13, their account will be promptly removed.

4. CSAM Prevention Practices

Picspo employs the following measures to prevent CSAM and child exploitation on our platform:

  • Content Moderation: We review reported content and act swiftly on violations of this policy.
  • Reporting Tools: All users can report content or accounts they believe violate our child safety policy directly within the app.
  • Immediate Removal: Confirmed CSAM is removed immediately and reported to relevant authorities and NCMEC as required by law.
  • Account Suspension: Accounts involved in child safety violations are permanently banned.
  • Law Enforcement Cooperation: We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in investigations involving child safety.

5. Reporting Child Safety Violations

If you encounter any content or behavior on Picspo that you believe violates our Child Safety Standards, please report it immediately:

  • In-App Reporting: Use the "Report" feature on any post, comment, or profile to flag inappropriate content.
  • Email: Send a detailed report to [email protected] with the subject line "Child Safety Report".
  • NCMEC CyberTipline: You may also report CSAM directly at CyberTipline.

We review all child safety reports with the highest priority and take immediate action.

6. Compliance with Laws and Platform Policies

Picspo complies with all applicable laws regarding child protection, including but not limited to:

  • The PROTECT Our Children Act
  • Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy
  • Apple App Store's guidelines on child safety

7. Child Safety Point of Contact

We have designated a Child Safety Point of Contact who is responsible for overseeing our CSAM prevention practices and ensuring compliance with Child Safety and Child Endangerment policies. This person is ready and able to respond to inquiries from platform providers and law enforcement regarding child safety matters.

8. Policy Updates
