These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Picspo Pvt ltd governing your access to and use of the PICSPO application and related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not access or use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country) to create an account and use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements and have the right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms.
To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account.
You retain all ownership rights in the content you create and post on the Service ("User Content"). By posting User Content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the operation and promotion of the Service.

The Service offers virtual currency ("Coins") that may be purchased with real money or earned through activities on the Service. Coins are a limited license right and have no monetary value.
All purchases of Coins are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to change the pricing of Coins at any time.
Content creators may be eligible to receive payments based on the engagement with their content. We reserve the right to change payment rates, eligibility requirements, and payment schedules at any time. Payments may be subject to verification, tax withholding, and minimum payout thresholds.

The Service and its contents, features, and functionality are owned by the Company and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or course of performance.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or quality of any User Content. We are not responsible for any User Content that you may find offensive, indecent, or objectionable.
In no event shall we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the service.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
